Varun attended the University of New Brunswick, Ludlow Hall, in Eastern Canada where he received his Bachelor of Laws. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Varun was called to the Ontario bar in 2012.
Varun has a wide range of experience in handling real estate transactions since the day of his call to the bar. His clients range from first-time home purchasers to those looking to down-size and everyone in between. His real estate practice consists of buying, selling, refinancing a new or re-sale property. Along with this, Varun assists various lenders, investors and companies with their real estate dealings. it is often that other professionals such as realtors and mortgage brokers turn to him for consult and input involving client matters.In addition to real estate, Varun serves clients with their estate planning needs including drafting wills, powers of attorney for both personal care and property. He also assists executors with administration of an estate including obtaining Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee and guides them through the process and challenges involved. Varun has successfully completed all exams required to obtain the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
A member of the Waterloo Law Association, Varun prides himself on providing quality service to those he serves both in and out of the region. Varun’s goal is provide a level of service that is both detailed, client specific, and friendly.
When out of office, Varun enjoys spending quality time with those closest to him. He resides in the Waterloo region with his wife and children. His personal interests include travelling, reading (non-fiction), supporting various sports teams, and teaching his young ones everything he knows.
